Spanish project on Puerto Rico notes

Tourist attractions:
-El Yunque is the Carribean National Forest, and the highest visited natural tourist attraction in Puerto Rico. It is the home to the endangered tree frog, el coqui.
-Fuerte San Felipe del Morro was a key location in the Spanish-American war, and has encountered much destruction during it's time. You can visit the fort, and see where history was made.

Food:
-Pastelón de Carne is a meat pie, made of salt pork, and ham, cooked in a caldero (heavy kettle), mixed with spices and baked in a pastry.
-Nisperos de Batata are sweet potato balls, made with coconut, cloves, and cinnamon.
